Incorporated in the State of New York in 1959, The Bank Of Nova Scotia Trust Company of New York (BNS Trust Co.) is fully qualified to act as Trustee under the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 with a combined capital and surplus of over $13 million . The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Nova Scotia.

The BNS Trust Co. provides clients with structured corporate fiduciary services. We predominantly serve clients referred from Scotia Capital, and other divisions of The Bank of Nova Scotia, and together are able to provide a seamless solution to their overall debt issuance needs. In serving clients, we direct our attention exclusively building long-term relationships by providing the highest level of performance during the term of our commitment. We provide quick turnaround of closing documentation, competitive pricing and follow-up on administrative matters such as interest payments and compliance reporting. We comply with SEC Regulations requiring that securities traded on the NYSE have a transfer agent or forwarding agent in lower Manhattan.
