We have sent counsellors to New York to provide support to our employees and their families, and have made a donation to the Canadian Red Cross's Appeal to assist the victims. Thanks to the hard work and support provided by our great team of people, both in New York and right across the Bank, we have been able to fully resume operations in New York from backup locations. Our thoughts and prayers remain with all those affected by this terrible tragedy, including the brave firefighters and police officers who gave their lives trying to help others, and the rescue workers in their search for loved ones.
